From December 1st to 3rd, the 79th anniversary series of activities of Jintang County First People's Hospital · West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the "Internet Hospital Construction, Operation, and Management" national continuing education training class, and the academic conference of the Smart Hospital Construction Branch of the Sichuan Bioinformatics Society, as well as the academic conference of the Internet Hospital Management Branch, were successfully held in the Innovation Hall of Jintang County First People's Hospital.

   This conference was hosted by West China Hospital of Sichuan University and undertaken by Jintang County First People's Hospital. With the gathering of many distinguished experts and academic debates, over 200 medical professionals from various medical institutions across the country shared in this academic feast.

   In his opening speech, Zheng Xiaohua, President of the Sichuan Health Information Society, congratulated Jintang County First People's Hospital on its 79th anniversary. He stated that "Internet + Medical Health" services are not only important measures to facilitate the public but also a powerful means to improve the quality and management level of medical services. Regarding the construction of the digital health service system, he shared four requirements proposed by the World Health Organization with the participants: First, to build a systematic, procedural, and standardized supply system of online health services; Second, to promote the integration of online and offline services, emphasizing the continuity of online and offline services; Third, to demand knowledge transformation, that is, to convert medical knowledge into intelligent medical services; Fourth, to strengthen digital health governance to ensure fair, secure, and people-friendly digital health services.

   Several well-known experts from West China Hospital of Sichuan University, West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University, Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital, Zigong First People's Hospital, and Jintang County First People's Hospital gave wonderful lectures and shared their experiences on the policies related to internet hospitals, the construction and management of internet hospitals, and how the construction of smart hospitals promotes the high-quality development of hospitals.

   Experts shared on topics such as "Online and Offline Closed-Loop Management of Internet Hospitals," "Policy Interpretation of Internet Hospitals" and "Security Management of Internet Hospitals," "Smart Construction Empowers Innovative Pharmacy Services," " 'Internet + Nursing' Services and Quality Control," "Inter-hospital Consultations in Internet Hospitals," "Multidimensional Promotion of Internet Hospital Construction and Benign Operation," "Management of Multi-Site Practice in Internet Hospitals," "Exploration of Information Creation in the Medical Industry," "Innovative Application of Electronic Medical Insurance Vouchers in Smart Hospitals," "Information Support for Refined Hospital Management," and "Construction and Application of Homogenization in Internet Hospital Testing."

In the context of the "Internet +" era, how to deeply integrate the Internet with the high-quality development of hospitals, the experts' in-depth lectures and experience sharing provided rich experience and reference direction for the participants, sparking in-depth thinking and discussion. The three-day training session concluded amidst the warm applause of the attendees.

   The conference also organized a visit to Jintang County First People's Hospital. After the visit to the hospital's courtyard and cultural construction achievements, everyone expressed admiration for the 79-year-old strong cultural heritage of the hospital and highly praised the achievements the hospital has made on the path of high-quality development in recent years.
