Since its inaugural session in 1998, the National Conference on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology has been successfully held for nine editions and is the most academically prestigious and influential event in the field of bioinformatics research in China. The 10th National Conference on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, from October 25 to 28, 2021. This conference is hosted by the Chinese Bioinformatics Society (in preparation) and organized by the Sichuan Provincial Bioinformatics Society, with the theme of "Frontiers in Bioinformatics—Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Systems Biology, and Human Health."

The conference will invite distinguished expert representatives from various cutting-edge directions of bioinformatics to give keynote speeches and organize thematic sessions to report on the latest research progress in related fields, providing an academic platform for experts, scholars, and relevant departments and enterprises to exchange, learn, and showcase their work.

IX. Call for Abstracts

(I) Scope of Abstract Collection

The conference welcomes a wide range of submissions related to cutting-edge research and innovative work in bioinformatics. The theme of this conference is Frontiers in Bioinformatics—Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Systems Biology, and Human Health.

(II) Requirements for Abstracts

1. The conference encourages participants to submit abstracts in English, with a word limit of 1000 words;

2. The abstract submission system will be open soon (to be launched on June 15, 2021), please pay attention to further notices;

3. When submitting an abstract, please indicate the conference theme it belongs to;

4. The conference's academic committee will review and award the submitted abstracts and keynote reports.

(III) Deadline for Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is September 10, 2021. The abstracts submitted by participants will be reviewed and discussed by the academic committee, with the best ones included in the conference abstract collection and selected for thematic session presentations.

1. The above fee standards are based on the actual payment time of the participants.

2. Members of the Sichuan Provincial Bioinformatics Society enjoy a 10% discount on registration fees. Please provide your member name and contact number during registration for verification.

3. Online registration deadline is October 15, 2021. For those who cannot attend after payment, a refund request before October 1 will be processed after deducting a 200 CNY handling fee, and no refunds will be made after October 1.

4. Invoice collection: Participants should fill in the invoice information during registration, and a unified electronic invoice will be issued after the conference.
