Since its inaugural session in 1998, the National Conference on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology has been successfully held for nine editions and is the most academically prestigious and influential event in the field of bioinformatics research in China. The 10th National Conference on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, from October 25 to 28, 2021. This conference is organized by the Chinese Bioinformatics Society (in preparation) and hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Bioinformatics Society, with the theme "Frontiers in Bioinformatics - Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Systems Biology, and Human Health."

The conference will invite leaders from the **National Science Association and the Science Fund** to attend. Distinguished experts from various cutting-edge fields of bioinformatics will also participate and deliver exciting reports. Concurrently, the **First Bioinformatics Whampoa School** training program will be held. Participants are welcome to register and submit papers through the online platform. The organizing committee will select papers and hold a poster session during the **conference**, with an award ceremony at the closing ceremony.

(I) Scope of Abstract Collection

The conference welcomes a wide range of submissions related to cutting-edge research and innovative work in bioinformatics. The theme of this conference is "Frontiers in Bioinformatics - Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Systems Biology, and Human Health."

(II) Requirements for Abstracts

1. The conference encourages participants to submit abstracts in English, with a word count limited to 1000 words;
2. The abstract submission system is open (http://1253.cs.cmnt.cn/);
3. Please indicate the conference theme to which the abstract belongs;
4. The conference's academic committee will select awards for the poster presentations.

(III) Deadline for Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is September 30, 2021. The abstracts submitted by participants will be reviewed and discussed by the academic committee, with the best ones included in the conference abstract collection and selected for sub-venue reports, poster sessions, and awards at the closing ceremony.
