The Smart Hospital Construction Branch and Internet Hospital Management Branch of the Sichuan Province Bioinformatics Society are scheduled to hold an academic conference from December 1st to 3rd, 2023, at the First People's Hospital of Jintang County, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Renowned experts will be invited to give lectures, and discussions on hot issues in this field will be conducted. The conference strives to present a panoramic view of the current industry status and development trends for the attendees, broadening horizons and expanding fields. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

III. Participants

Members of the branch, personnel engaged in hospital management, internet hospital management, and information construction.

IV. Conference Costs

The conference is free of registration fees and meal expenses during the conference period. Transportation and accommodation costs are at your own expense and shall be reimbursed according to regulations.

V. Credit Granting and Inquiry

(1) Credit Granting

According to the electronic credit granting policy of Sichuan Province, participants must download and register the "Yi Xue Cool" APP in advance, correctly fill in personal ID card information (failure to do so will result in inability to obtain credits), complete on-site QR code check-in before 8:30 AM on December 2nd, complete on-site QR code check-out after 12:00 PM on December 3rd, and complete a spot check-in according to the project arrangement. After completing the full course of study and passing the project assessment, participants will be awarded 3 points for national-level Ⅰ type of continuing medical education. Those who are late or leave early will not be eligible for credits.

(2) Credit Inquiry

In accordance with the localized management policy, participants can inquire and print credits through the "Sichuan Province Continuing Education Administrative Management Platform" (http://202.61.90.26:9000/#/) home page - Electronic Credit Public Inquiry section, without the need for separate registration.

VI. Meeting Acknowledgement
