With the rapid development of biotechnology, translational medical informatics has become an increasingly important field. To strengthen academic exchanges, promote industry-university-research cooperation, and further advance the development of the field of translational medical informatics in China, the Sichuan Association of Bioinformatics plans to hold the First Fourth Council Meeting and the Members' Representative Conference of Sichuan Association of Bioinformatics, and the 2024 Annual Academic Conference of Sichuan Association of Bioinformatics in Chengdu, the land of abundance, from October 25 to 27, 2024.
The conference will be themed "Intelligent Medicine" and will organize the establishment of the Sichuan Association of Bioinformatics Intelligent Traditional Chinese Medicine Branch. It will invite branches such as the Biomedical Data Sharing and Security Branch, the Youth Committee, and other academic organizations to host sub-forums. Renowned experts from scientific research institutions and enterprises and units will be invited to provide guidance. Outstanding experts representing various cutting-edge directions of bioinformatics will be invited to give keynote speeches at the conference. The conference will provide an academic platform for experts, scholars, and relevant departments and enterprises to exchange, learn, and showcase their work. We sincerely invite pharmaceutical manufacturers and related institutions to participate in the conference. III.
Exhibition Regulations
(1) The content of the exhibits displayed by the participating units must be drugs, diagnostic reagents, medical devices, and medical academic, technical, and information publications officially approved by the relevant national authorities for domestic production or import. Products not officially approved by the relevant national authorities are not allowed to participate. If this regulation is violated, the participating unit shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
(2) The content and form of the products displayed and promoted by the participating units during the conference must be scientific, true, healthy, and clear. They must not violate the relevant provisions of laws and regulations such as the "Advertising Law" and the "Drug Administration Law", and must not deceive or mislead the conference participants in any form. Participating units must strictly abide by laws and regulations such as the "Anti-Unfair Competition Law" and prohibit unfair competition.
(3) Participating units must comply with the systems and regulations of the conference venue and the organizing committee regarding fire protection, safety, epidemic prevention, and other aspects, and cooperate in doing the related work.
(4) Participating units are not allowed to carry out activities unrelated to the conference and exhibition during the conference. The exhibition activities must not affect the normal progress of academic activities.
(5) If the conference is postponed or canceled due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government requisition or restrictions on the use of venues, etc.), the organizer shall fulfill the obligations stipulated in the contract and shall not bear any liability for breach of contract.
