The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China took place in Beijing from November 8 to 11, 2021. The General Secretary of the Central Committee presented a work report on behalf of the Political Bureau to the plenary session and provided an explanation on the "Draft Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party's Centennial Struggle." The session included discussions on the work report entrusted by the Political Bureau and concluded with the adoption of the "Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party's Centennial Struggle," as well as the "Resolution on the Convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China."

    Party branch secretary and secretary-general Chen Bin attended the special learning meeting and conveyed the spirit of the plenary session. All members of the Party branch, probationary members, and active party applicants attended the meeting, and relevant personnel from the Secretariat attended as observers.
    At the meeting, all comrades learned the communiqu é of the sixth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC.  

    Secretary Chen Bin promoted the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Secretary Chen Bin pointed out that this plenary session is held at an important historical moment of the 100th anniversary of the founding of our party, at a significant historical juncture when the party and the people have successfully achieved the first centenary goal, built a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and are advancing towards the second centenary goal of building a socialist modernized country in all respects. The Resolution passed at the plenary session is a Marxist programmatic document that will undoubtedly have a significant and far-reaching impact on promoting the unity of thought, will, and action of the entire party, better adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
    In the exchange of learning experiences, Comrade Li Xin introduced to everyone the "three great leaps" of the sinicization of Marxism based on the Party's century long history. Comrade Wang Ziteng combined the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session with the trends of enterprise and economic development, and shared his views and opinions on public ownership economy and monetary policy from the perspective of enterprises; Deng Qian, a representative of active party members, also shared and exchanged her thoughts and experiences by combining the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China with her own job responsibilities.
