In order to deeply implement the Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, promote theme education to deeply penetrate people's hearts, strengthen ideals and beliefs, and enhance party spirit, the Party branch of Sichuan Bioinformatics Society organized all party members to go to Zunyi City, Guizhou Province from April 16th to 17th to solemnly carry out the theme party day activity of "Remembering the Original Intention of the Revolution and Courageously Shouldering the Heavy Responsibilities of the Times", in order to commemorate the revolutionary martyrs and bravely shoulder the heavy responsibilities entrusted to us by the new era.

    On the afternoon of the 16th, we embarked on a journey to commemorate the revolutionary history, and our first stop was the Zunyi Site in Honghuagang District, Zunyi City - the two-story small building that witnessed the vicissitudes of history. We seem to be able to travel through time and space, listening to the echoes of history.

    The Zunyi Conference was a turning point in the history of the CPC. Mao Zedong once wrote the magnificent words of "the magnificent pass is as true as iron, and now we are moving forward from the beginning" in "Recalling Qin E · Loushan Pass", implying that the Zunyi Conference started a new revolutionary journey led by the CPC. At this meeting, the CPC corrected mistakes and sought new ideas, re recognized the revolutionary road, established Mao Zedong's leadership position in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Red Army, and marked the party's reversal and maturity in political organization and military strategy and tactics. When visiting the Zunyi Guild Hall, we were infected by the strong revolutionary atmosphere on site. Tourists wearing blue Red Army uniforms and wearing leggings seem to recreate the heroic image of the Red Army's Long March back then. In the exhibition hall, pictures, charts, physical models, and simulated scenes vividly showcase the glorious history of the Red Army's Long March. As if we were in those magnificent years, we deeply felt that the spirit of the Long March of the Red Army and the spirit of the Zunyi Conference were the precious spiritual wealth left by history to the CPC and the Chinese people.

    The Long March of the Red Army is a revolutionary epic that swallows mountains and rivers, and the Zunyi Conference is the most brilliant chapter in this epic. They have collectively left invaluable spiritual wealth for the Party and the people, becoming a source of strength that inspires the entire Party, army, and people of all ethnic groups in the country to work hard and strive.

    On the morning of the 17th, with admiration for the heroes, we arrived at the Red Army Martyrs Cemetery in Fenghuang Park, Honghuagang District, Zunyi. The cemetery is solemn and dignified, with lush pine and cypress trees, and the martyrs' monument towering into the clouds, as if telling the story of those turbulent years.

    The front of the cemetery is a unique monument built to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Zunyi Conference. The front of the monument is inscribed with eight golden characters written by Comrade Deng Xiaoping, which read "The Red Army martyrs will never die". Behind the monument is the tomb of Deng Ping, the Chief of Staff of the Red Third Army Corps. We pay tribute to the solemn and dignified Red Army Martyrs Memorial, and offer flower baskets and bow in silence to the revolutionary martyrs, expressing deep respect and grief for them.

    Subsequently, all party members faced the party flag and reviewed their oath of joining the party. Every word and sentence is so familiar and stirring. This solemn ceremony has once again baptized our original aspirations and further enhanced our sense of social responsibility and mission as Communist Party members.

    This learning and education activity has provided all members of the society with a profound education on party spirit and revolutionary traditions. We deeply realize that we must firmly uphold our ideals and beliefs, and enhance our Party spirit.   Grasp the correct direction in the turbulent clouds, forge courage in the face of risks and challenges, inspire confidence and motivation to strive for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, steadfastly advance the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and write a more magnificent chapter.
