In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and to deepen and solidify the education on the history of the Party, on February 24, 2025, the Party Branch of the Sichuan Society of Bioinformatics, in conjunction with the Party Branch of the Chengdu Maternal and Child Health Society, organized a themed party building activity titled "Party Building Leadership Unites Strength; Joint Learning and Co-construction Promote Development." This event was targeted at all Party members, development candidates, and aspiring Party members of the respective branches. Through immersive red education and the viewing of themed films, the activity further reinforced the ideals and beliefs of Party members and consolidated the consensus on cross-field collaboration.

  The event commenced at 13:30 in the afternoon. After a brief gathering and mobilization, participants embarked on the learning journey with high spirits.

  At 13:50, the group entered the "Learning to Strengthen the Country" themed district. Through a series of meticulously designed exhibitions and interactive experiences, participants delved into the history and theories of the Party, thereby enhancing their party spirit. In the "Study Party History" exhibition area, everyone engaged in an in-depth study of the content titled "Following the Footsteps of the General Secretary." By viewing pictures and video displays, they learned about the General Secretary's footprints and contributions at different stages, and profoundly felt his people-oriented sentiment and spirit of responsibility. Participants unanimously expressed their determination to always take the General Secretary as a role model, to stay true to their original aspiration and founding mission, and to contribute their strength to the cause of the Party and the people.

  Next, the group arrived at the "Archives Collection" exhibition area. Here, the century-long journey of the Communist Party of China from its inception to its development and growth was documented through archival memories. Each precious document, every yellowed letter, and each historical photograph seemed to narrate the Party's glorious history and great achievements. In addition, they visited the "Reading Corner," where books were positioned as an important platform for learning the Party's theories and policies, and participants continuously improved their political literacy and professional capabilities.

  At 15:00 in the afternoon, the participants moved to the cinema to watch the domestic animated film Nezha 2: The Demon Child Rages the Sea. The film, framed within traditional mythology, tells the story of Nezha defying fate and protecting the people, thereby elucidating the profound meanings of "breaking the mold through innovation" and "assuming responsibility." After the screening, representatives of the Party members shared their insights in relation to their actual work.

  The event concluded at 17:30 amidst an enthusiastic discussion. This joint learning and co-construction activity, through a multi-dimensional experience of "seeing, listening, touching, and feeling," and with the main thread of "red education + cultural immersion + business integration," not only strengthened the Party spirit of the members but also pressed the "acceleration button" for cross-field collaboration. Looking ahead, the two sides will take the year 2025 as a new starting point and continue to explore innovative pathways for high-quality development led by Party building. They will contribute greater strength to scientific and technological innovation and public health, using Party building to lead technological innovation and allowing the red gene to rejuvenate in the practice of safeguarding people's health.
