On April 15, 2022, the Internet Hospital Management Branch Academic Salon, hosted by the Sichuan Bioinformatics Society and undertaken by the Internet Hospital Management Branch, was successfully held. Due to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, this meeting was conducted in the form of an online video conference. More than 200 managers of internet hospitals and information technology practitioners from across the country logged on to participate in this academic conference.

    The academic conference was presented through online expert lectures and online audience interaction. Professor Wu Yongkang, Director of the Internet Hospital Management Office of West China Hospital of Sichuan University and President of the Internet Hospital Management Branch of the Sichuan Bioinformatics Society, Hao Zeyu, Director of the Internet Hospital Office of the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University and Vice President of the Internet Hospital Management Branch of the Sichuan Bioinformatics Society, Chen Yadong, Deputy General Manager of Chengdu YiHuan Medical Technology Co., Ltd., and Qiu Yue, General Manager of the Huayi Tong Business Group of Huaxi Public Medical Information Service Co., Ltd. shared and discussed the policies, management, operations, and hot issues in the development of internet hospitals from multiple dimensions.

    This academic salon provided a platform for domestic peers in the field of internet hospital management to build a standardized management system for internet hospitals, accelerate the construction of hospital information integration platforms, and promote the high-quality development of internet hospitals.
