The Sichuan Bioinformatics Society has decided that the 8th International Summit on Translational Medical Informatics and the 2nd Academic Conference of the Sichuan Bioinformatics Society will be held from December 24th to 26th, 2021. Concurrently, on the afternoon of December 25th, the 2nd Academic Conference on Biomedical Data Privacy Protection and Secure Sharing of the Sichuan Bioinformatics Society will be held.

I. Conference Time and Location

III. Participants

(1) Experts and students in the field of biomedicine from hospitals, schools, and research institutes in Sichuan Province and other cities;

(2) Management and technical personnel of enterprises engaged in the development of biomedical data sharing products and technical services;

(3) President, Vice Presidents, Secretary-General, Executive Committee Members, Committee Members, and members of the "Sichuan Bioinformatics Society Biomedical Data Sharing and Security Branch."

IV. Continuing Medical Education

The conference offers provincial Category I and Category II continuing education credits. Category I grants 6 credits, and Category II grants 4 credits. Participants cannot apply for both. Please check the box when registering to indicate whether you need continuing education credits and the category you choose.

V. Epidemic Prevention Requirements

(1) Upon registration, all participants must show the real-time "Sichuan Tianfu Health Code" and queue orderly, maintaining at least a 1-meter distance.

(2) Participants must ensure that they have not been to medium or high-risk areas of the epidemic within 14 days before registration; those who have been hospitalized, have a fever, or have suspected symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend the conference.

(3) Wear masks throughout the conference. If respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, or sore throat occur, report to the conference staff in a timely manner, cooperate with medical treatment, and follow the requirements for isolated medical observation.

1. The above standards are based on the actual payment time of the participants.

2. The deadline for online registration is December 20, 2021. Note: For those who cannot attend after payment, a refund will be made after deducting 100 yuan before December 20, and no refunds will be made after December 20.

3. Invoice collection: Participants should fill in the invoice information when registering, and the conference secretariat will issue electronic invoices.

VII. Accommodation and Transportation

1. Accommodation and transportation expenses for this conference are at your own expense. Participants who need to book accommodation can contact the conference staff in advance for coordination and arrangement; please go to the hotel for your accommodation invoice.
