The hospital is at the forefront of environmental protection and energy saving, continuously advancing the innovation of fine management of SPD consumables and the intelligent upgrade of energy management systems, saving a lot on the fine management of consumables and energy costs, and improving the efficiency of hospital operations. He learned the concept of the Pan-Vascular Center and the experience of the West China Vascular Center, innovatively established the Le Medical Vascular Center, integrating a total of 23 professional departments of the hospital, strengthening mutual support and the collaboration between internal and external medicine, greatly enhancing the hospital's comprehensive diagnosis and treatment capabilities for vascular diseases.
In 2023, the expert studios of Le Medical increased from two to five, greatly improving the hospital's scientific research capabilities. Le Medical also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Rare Disease Research Institute of West China Hospital and has now delivered more than 50 specimens or data of rare disease patients to it. By extending the fine management of in-hospital logistics services, exploring the innovation of SPD fine management, the hospital reduced the proportion of annual consumption in 2023 by 1.39% compared to 2022, reasonably reducing the capital of consumable inventory backlog by more than 10 million yuan. Le Medical implemented and promoted energy trusteeship and energy-saving and environmental protection projects, saving a total of more than 8 million yuan in energy costs and operating costs over three years, with an average annual saving rate of 12.70%, reducing carbon emissions by 5,753 tons, and reducing the use of standard coal by 2,342 tons. As a result, Le Medical has become a benchmark for energy saving and emission reduction, and has become a national, provincial, and municipal-level energy-saving demonstration unit. Under the guidance of party building, he organically combined the century-old hospital culture of West China and Le Medical, forming a unique Le Medical culture and atmosphere, providing endless motivation and spiritual source for the high-quality development of the hospital.
