On April 22, 2024, the 10th Sichuan Provincial Association for Science and Technology Representative Congress opened in Chengdu. Wang Xiaohui, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. He emphasized the need to deeply study and implement the General Secretary's important discussions on scientific and technological innovation and the spirit of a series of important instructions on Sichuan's work.    On April 29, 2024, under the direction of Secretary-General Zeng Guojun, the Sichuan Provincial Bioinformatics Society held a special meeting at the society's secretariat to study and implement the spirit of the 10th Sichuan Provincial Association for Science and Technology Representative Congress. The meeting was presided over by Deputy Secretary-General Zhou Jiaoqiao of the society's secretariat, and all members of the secretariat attended the meeting.

   At the meeting, Deputy Secretary-General Zhou Jiaoqiao fully conveyed the core content of the 10th Sichuan Provincial Association for Science and Technology Representative Congress.
