On January 9, 2025, the "10th Medical Experts Annual Conference (2025)" was convened in Beijing. The conference was hosted by the Physician Newspaper and supported by the China Health Development Foundation and the China Association for the Development of Medical and Health Culture. It was co-organized by Physician Network, MedTV, the China Hospital Director Magazine, and the China Community Doctor Magazine.

  During the opening ceremony, four major cooperation projects between the Physician Newspaper, the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, the China Traditional Chinese Medicine News, and the Sichuan Society of Bioinformatics were successively launched. Academician Hao Xishan, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, Academician Fan Daoming, Chairman of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, Academician Chen Keji of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academician Tong Xiaolin of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Yin Da Kui, Honorary President for Life of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, together with numerous experts, jointly initiated and witnessed these projects. The conference also presented awards for the "Top Ten Philanthropic Organizations—Forces Advancing the Industry," Top Ten Philanthropic Figures, Top Ten Philanthropic Hospital Departments, and Top Ten Experts in Medical Humanities and Hospital Management for the year 2024. Our association was honored with the "Top Ten Philanthropic Organizations—Forces Advancing the Industry" award for 2024! This recognition is not only an affirmation of our work over the past year but also an encouragement and expectation for our future development.

  Since its inception, the Sichuan Society of Bioinformatics has been committed to advancing the field of bioinformatics. Through organizing academic exchanges, popular science education, and philanthropic activities, we have strived to contribute to society. We are acutely aware that the path of philanthropy is long and fraught with challenges. However, it is the support and participation of all sectors of society that have enabled us to forge ahead and achieve new milestones.

  Receiving the "Top Ten Philanthropic Organizations" award is both an honor and a responsibility for us. We will continue to uphold the mission of "advancing the industry" and remain true to our original aspiration and duty. With even greater enthusiasm and determination, we will strive to make greater contributions to the development of bioinformatics and the broader philanthropic cause.
